Finding Out The Causes Of Thoughts, Feelings And Behaviors Leads To “Why?” Paralyzes Us On The Problems, The Question “What Am I Feeling?” Helps Us To Understand Ourselves. “Why” And “What” Are Always Present In Our Lives.
