Embassies, delegations, Commissioners, representations, agencies, assemblies, congresses, parliaments, there are so many institutions and all of them as superfluous, inefficient and so convoluted diplomacy, which only seek warm or late remedies when that urge is urgent solutions in cases in which seconds are the loss of lives. Kafkaesque lattices filled with people justifying their schedules and fees in a concert of Pats, narrow hands and commitments already collected beforehand in the offices and that no doubt sooner than later will fall on deaf ears. Is all this diplomatic spree necessary resource for face washing before public opinion, intention to shirk responsibilities...?
