The different stages of the development human marked with much the confidence, it security and it maturity mental of the individual. To the extent that we develop and age, increase instructional contributions of mind, obviating some of the aspects in attention to the body. The notion of what can be defined as perfection in the subject, would be to acquire a high degree of sanity and mental maturity, and to stay in a full and optimum state of physical development for all and each one of the stages of life. But as soon as the indoctrination of the mind affects growth and constant enrichment during all the useful stage of his existence, cannot be said to occur in the same way in the "exercise" of the body, as this just its growth waning gradually to feel limited by physical wear and tear that aging imposes you.
