Nostalgia depicts a woman arrested on task, staring at the light and lost in her memories. “Her stare, the position of her body, her hands, was real in that moment, and I wanted to catch it and always remember this feeling. I chose a woman that was going through that situation at that time. I tried to transfer those really special feelings to the canvas. It was not a pose prepared.”
