According to Pier Paolo Pasolini the ”kingdoms of hunger” are the places from where the immigrants, who every day leave with makeshift boats their native lands to reach Italy, come. Tosatti again makes an environment in which, thanks to absence, some rests of resistance are visible, more specifically teeth that emerge from the floor as contemporary fossils. It is a work on the migrant’s invisible stories, of the ones that cross the Mediterranean.
