The Monument to the Lacemaker of L'Arboç is a monument protected as a cultural asset of local interest (BCIL). The sculptural work is located at the entrance of the town of Arbós (in Catalan and officially l'Arboç) in the municipality of Bajo Penedés and province of Tarragona. It was inaugurated on December 11, 2005. This sculpture is a tribute to the deep-rooted and well-known local bobbin lace craftsmanship and to the group of lacemakers from all over Catalonia, and is the work of the Catalan painter and sculptor Joan Tuset i Suau. It is the most important public sculpture in Arbós and at the same time, one of its most emblematic monuments.
