Eduardo de Oliveira Nunes born in Aracaju(Sergipe),and start his studies about art influenced by master Quintino Marques (18??-1942),a professor in school Atheneu Sergipense. Since the fifteen years old he produce comissioned portraits.
Circa 1917 worked in Recife,Pernambuco, was a Railman in Tramway,and the after year with Coastal Marine. In 1921 he changed to Rio de Janeiro,enroll to Escola Nacional de Belas Artes,with the teachers João Batista da Cunha, Lucílio de Albuquerque e Rodolfo Chambeland.
