“See the Light" a series of more than 50 paintings, in acrylic, water color, and ink on different sizes of canvas and paper.
Started by experimenting with different mediums and surfaces, using Japanese ink on rice paper and on different kinds of paper. Using a number of techniques, trying out ideas generated from landscape for example!
“See the Light”, concerned with color and simplification of shapes and forms with the use of minimal details. Believing that, no matter how dark a situation might be, there must be light!
